Meet Darrin Shahan, Founder

Darrin Shahan founded Metric Asset Finance in Katy, Texas to give commercial property owners a broker who reads a deal the way an underwriter does. Before launching the firm, he worked in IRS-related tax work, so he knows the tax returns and financial statements lenders scrutinize most. He arranges refinance and acquisition financing for owners and investors across Texas and Florida.
